Helping the Injured and Disabled Since 1974
Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury
Getting compensation for an injury or benefits for a disability is harder than it should be. Mallon & Hale is your advocate to clear the obstacles that insurance companies, employers and the Social Security Administration put in your way.
Mallon & Hale, Ltd., was established in 1994. Our law practice is devoted primarily to representing injured and disabled people in the St. Louis metro area, Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri. We work to get clients approved for Social Security disability (SSDI or SSI), assert their rights to workers' compensation benefits, or maximize their damages for a personal injury or a family member's wrongful death.
Handling your own injury or disability claim can result in a discouraging denial of benefits, delays in needed compensation or a low settlement that doesn't cover your losses. We take on the burden of working with insurers and the Social Security bureaucracy and take proactive steps to protect your rights. Our experience in these cases can relieve the anxiety and maximize your financial support so that you can concentrate on getting well and resuming your life.
Attorney Lance R. Mallon has practiced since 1974, and from the start has represented injury victims and people whose disability prevents them from working. With associate lawyer Dawna Hale and a dedicated staff, Mallon & Hale remains as committed as ever to asserting your rights.
